Glowing LED hostesses for Benefit
Benefit a.s. organized one of its regular events for business partners, for which we have been regularly providing artistic and accompanying programs for several years. Our light hostesses lit up the Valeč Castle grounds. It was one of the first events that confirmed our mutual partnership and trust.
Communication within the organizing team is key
Events for Benefit a.s. are always full of experiences. The biggest Czechoslovak musicians perform at the event, such as Rytmus and Michal David. The events are always perfectly organized, with excellent catering and great people. It is precisely these active and smiling people who are always the cornerstone of the success of every event.
The second aspect is the organizers themselves. They always try to find something different, innovative, and unconventional, from gifts for visitors to the accompanying program and decorations. We are happy to be a part of it. We really enjoy coming up with original performances, walking acts, photo corners, and other program items that match the mood and visuals of the event. Although we focus primarily on creating shows, our agency also offers hostesses.
Special hostesses in LED costumes
Hostesses are part of every major event – smiling young ladies in beautiful dresses welcome guests, hand out programs and gifts, and adorn the hall. This time, we supplied our luminous hostesses in stylish long evening dresses for a formal setting at a Benefit event.
These elegant and professional ladies are impossible to miss. Their dresses shine with LED elements in colors chosen by the client. We offer several costume options, from which you can choose the one that best suits the atmosphere of the event. If you have special requests, we will be happy to modify the costumes or tailor new ones.
Backlit tables for welcome drinks
A welcome drink upon arrival at an event is always a pleasant surprise. Even more so when it is served in an original way. The hostesses wore backlit tables from which they offered champagne to guests. The tables form a wide skirt around the waist and their edges are decorated with hanging glasses. As each guest arrives, the hostess takes one of the glasses and offers it with a smile. The client can choose the type of drink.
However, our glowing ladies do not have to stay at the entrance to the hall; their role at your event is up to you. For example, they can accompany important guests or assist with the raffle announcement. We will be happy to help you with ideas for their activities.
Last-minute costume change
On the day of the event, we set off from Prague with four hostesses. The ladies were supposed to be dressed in black gowns and LED ribs. However, once we arrived at the venue, the client requested a change of costumes. Contrary to the original agreement, he wanted some of the hostesses to change into white dresses, which we did not have with us. This change was very important to them, and they asked us if it would be possible to resolve the situation less than two hours before the start of the event. We always aim to provide our clients with maximum support in organization and accommodate them as much as we can. So we decided to take quick action.
The show manager went shopping
The show manager packed up at lightning speed and drove to the nearest town. There, he went through all the shops he could find, looking for nice white dresses that would go well with the LED elements. He was on the phone with the hostesses the whole time, who were putting on their makeup and doing their hair in the meantime. Together, they evaluated the appearance of the dresses and consulted on sizes. The show manager ended up buying three white dresses, tights, white accessories, and headed back. It was at the eleventh hour.
Just in time
They made it just in time. The hostesses quickly got dressed, did the last styling touches, and were on spot in white right at the agreed time of the first entrance. They greeted the guests at the event with their lovely smiles and welcome drinks from the tables. The guests praised the costumes, the client was satisfied, and the girls looked great.
That's how it sometimes is. Anyone who organizes events knows this well. Behind the scenes, some confusion and changes are dealt with on the fly at the last minute, and sometimes the show manager has to run around a lot. But the important thing is that none of this is noticeable on the outside. Guests enjoy a perfectly prepared experience, leave with beautiful memories, and we smile at similar stories in retrospect.
